Fusion Dental is a network provider in the Dental Care Advantage program which provides a 15% discount to plan members on exams, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, crowns, dentures, cosmetics, and oral surgery.

For a small monthly or yearly fee, members receive savings on dental services, as well as additional savings on vision, chiropractic and hearing services. Rates are as low as $11.45 per month for families and $4.95 per month for seniors.

This program is available for seniors, families, and individuals, but it cannot be combined with any other insurance or discount program offered by Fusion Dental.
